The Tattnall County Arts Festival is this Sunday and it’s FREE to the public to attend! The event will be held inside the Tattnall County Courthouse and it’s a great opportunity to see the work of local artists and tour the Courthouse. The festival is 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Brenna Dreggors, Tattnall County High School senior, recently advanced to the National Beta Club competition after winning the state competition in English. The national convention is June 19-22 in Mobile, Alabama. Brenna is the daughter of Daniel and Leigh Dreggors of Glennville.
Collins Full Gospel Church in Collins, which was destroyed by fire in February, was being demolished and cleaned up last week and some residents thought the county may be doing the work illegally on private property. However, the work had already been authorized.
