Leading off this week’s front page is the continuing manhunt for Chad Dasher of Glennville, who has eluded authorities repeatedly over the last week. Currently, there is a $500 reward being offered for information leading to his arrest. He is wanted for burglaries, auto theft and eluding officers, among other things.

The Reidsville Airport held a Fly-In on October 20 and had picture-perfect weather for the event.

Tattnall County Extension Agent Cliff Riner helped to host a delegation from the country of Kazahkstan who came over to learn more about the Vidalia Onion industry.
