In this week’s edition, Gordonia-Alatamaha State Park in Reidsville is announcing plans to build a new 2,100 square-foot group shelter. A former Tattnall County Sheriff’s deputy, Ramsey Arnold, has plead guilty to stealing drugs from the Sheriff’s Office. Central Pharmacy in Glennville was broken into Sunday night and the place was left in a mess. Richard Lloyd James Jr. of Reidsville was arrested and chared with statutory rape. The Glennville girls 11-12 year old softball team were runners up in the district and are now headed to State tournaments in July. And, don’t forget the July 4 celebration at Tattnall County High School!
The only candidate who announced intentions for the July 31 Primary Election this week was Dale Kicklighter who is running for re-election for the District 5 Board of Education seat.
