Canoochee EMC celebrated its 75th Annual Meeting with a record crowd Tuesday, October 8 in Manassas. Employees were recognized for their years of service and Don Cowart was the grand prize winner of a refurbished Canoochee truck. As usual, lots of door prizes were given away and the crowd enjoyed the afternoon entertainment and refreshments.

The TCHS Lady Warriors beat Brantley County High School 11-1 on October 8 in the first game of the second round of region playoffs.

The Collins Autumn Fest drew a large crowd and the afternoon provided beautiful weather for the festivities.

Brian Mosley of Reidsville was seriously injured in a farming accident October 4. He is the son of Bernice and Sheryl Mosley of Reidsville.

TCHS celebrated its 20th Homecoming with a parade in Glennville. Lots of floats, cars and other parade entries got the Warrior Spirit kicked up a notch in preparation of Friday night’s football game.
